About this course
Sketching on location is a different discipline than studio drawing: the light moves, the seat is uncomfortable, and people walk through your scene. This course teaches the real working methods of urban sketchers — direct ink line without underdrawing, eyeballed perspective, a controlled watercolor palette, and a timing system that lets you finish before the shadows shift. You leave with a sketchbook habit, a packed kit, and several complete location spreads.
